Body Studio Skincare, Body Studio Cosmeceuticals, and BSC Peptides are separate affiliated businesses operating under the Body Studio Enterprise umbrella. Purchases from those businesses are governed by their own terms, not by ours.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time, excluding US public holidays.
We are not a 24-hour service. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number, do not contact us.

You will get a faster answer if you include:

- Your order number, if it is a billing question
- A screenshot, if something is not working
For access problems, please check your spam folder first, course access emails sometimes land there.
