All MedSpa Blueprint courses and digital products are delivered electronically through our Kajabi platform. Upon successful payment you will receive an email with access instructions within 24 hours. If you do not receive access within this timeframe please contact us at info@medspablueprint.co

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

3. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted to any course, tier, or digital product.
For coaching sessions: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase please contact us at info@medspablueprint.co and we will resolve it promptly.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within MedSpa Blueprint — including course materials, frameworks, templates, videos, written content, branding, and imagery — is the exclusive intellectual property of Michelle Vernon and Body Studio Enterprise Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, or use any MedSpa Blueprint content for commercial purposes without written permission from Michelle Vernon.

6. COACHING SESSIONS
By booking a 1-on-1 coaching session you agree to:
- Complete the pre-session intake form at least 24 hours before your session
- Show up on time to your scheduled Zoom call
- Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice if needed
- Accept that coaching sessions are for educational and strategic guidance only and do not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice
7. FRANCHISE APPLICATION
Submitting a Franchise application does not guarantee acceptance into the MedSpa Blueprint Franchise program. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Michelle Vernon and Body Studio Enterprise Ltd. Submission of an application does not create any contractual obligation on behalf of MedSpa Blueprint.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa Blueprint, Michelle Vernon, and Body Studio Enterprise Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website and products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
