Purchase, Payment & Refund Terms

These terms apply to every purchase you make from Body Studio Wellness LLC ("we," "us," "our") through medspablueprint.co. They form part of our Terms of Use.

⚠️ ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products once access has been granted. This includes all courses, tiers, workbooks, downloads, bundles, and recordings.

This is because our digital products are delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. You receive the complete value immediately, and it cannot be returned.

By completing a purchase you acknowledge that:

You are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately.
You have read the product description and understand what is included.
You expressly request immediate access and waive any right of cancellation or "cooling off" period that might otherwise apply.
You will not receive a refund, including if you change your mind, do not use the product, do not achieve the results you hoped for, experience a change in circumstances, or later find the content is not what you expected.

If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, do not buy it yet. Contact notify@medspablueprint.ai with your questions first, or take the free tier assessment. We would rather answer questions than take a sale you regret.

1. Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for that transaction.

If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. We do not control and are not responsible for those charges.

Taxes. Prices exclude applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes unless stated. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout and added to your total. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your purchase.

2. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by our payment providers. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information is accurate.

We do not store your full card number. Payment card data is handled by our processors under their own security standards.

Failed or declined payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend access until payment succeeds, and pursue amounts owed.

3. Payment plans

Some products offer a payment plan (for example, three monthly instalments instead of a single payment).

A payment plan is a financing arrangement, not a subscription. When you choose one:

You are committing to pay the full purchase price, not a per-month fee for continued access.
Instalments are charged automatically to your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout.
Cancelling does not cancel your obligation. You remain liable for the full balance.
If an instalment fails, we may suspend your access until it is paid, and we may retry the charge.
If your balance remains unpaid, we may terminate access and refer the outstanding amount for collection.
The total paid under a payment plan may exceed the one-time price. The full amounts are disclosed at checkout.

4. Subscriptions, memberships, and recurring billing

Some products, including community memberships and MedSpa Blueprint AI plans, bill on a recurring basis.

Before you subscribe, we disclose the price, the billing frequency, that it renews automatically, and how to cancel. You must affirmatively consent to these terms at checkout.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing notify@medspablueprint.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.

No partial refunds. We do not refund or prorate the unused portion of a billing period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not reverse past ones.

Price changes. We will give you at least thirty (30) days' notice before increasing the price of a subscription. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.

Free trials. If we offer a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The conversion date and price are disclosed when you start the trial.

5. Coaching, mentorship, and events

Coaching sessions. Payment is due before the session.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice, subject to availability.
Late cancellation or no-show — a session cancelled with less than twenty-four hours' notice, or missed entirely, is forfeited and is not refunded or rescheduled.
Unused sessions expire twelve (12) months after purchase.

Mentorship programmes. Sold by application. Once accepted and enrolled, fees are non-refundable, including where the programme is delivered in cohorts. Payment plans under Section 3 apply.

Retreats, immersions, and in-person events. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, because your place is reserved and costs are committed on your behalf. Full terms, including any transfer rights, are provided at the time of booking. Travel, accommodation, insurance, visas, and related costs are your responsibility unless expressly stated as included. We are not liable for your travel arrangements.

6. Coupons and discounts

Coupons and promotional codes are valid only for the products, period, and terms stated. They cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase. We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time.

7. Order bumps and upsells

At checkout and immediately after purchase we may offer additional products. These are entirely optional. Anything you accept is charged to the payment method you used and is subject to these same terms, including the all-sales-final policy.

8. Access and delivery

Digital products are delivered by granting access to your account, normally immediately on successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with login details.

If you cannot access what you bought, contact notify@medspablueprint.ai and we will fix it. A technical access problem is a support matter, and we will always resolve it — it is not a reason for refund, because we will get you the product you paid for.

Access continues while the product remains available and your account is in good standing. See Section 3 of the Terms of Use for the scope of your licence.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at notify@medspablueprint.ai. We respond to billing queries promptly and will correct genuine errors, including duplicate charges and unauthorised transactions.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us is a breach of these terms where the charge was authorised and the product was delivered. In that event we may: suspend or terminate your account and revoke access; submit these terms, your checkout acknowledgment, and your access logs to the card network as evidence; and recover the disputed amount plus any fees.

Nothing here limits your rights under applicable law in the case of genuine fraud or unauthorised use of your card.

10. Exceptional circumstances

Our no-refund policy is firm, but we are not unreasonable. We will consider a discretionary remedy — normally a credit rather than a refund — where there has been a duplicate charge, a demonstrable technical failure that we could not resolve, or another genuine error on our side. Contact notify@medspablueprint.ai with the details. Any such remedy is at our sole discretion and does not create a precedent or waive this policy.

Where applicable consumer protection law gives you a non-waivable refund right, that law prevails over this policy.
