2. If you are a consumer

1. What the App is

MedSpa Blueprint AI is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate informational output based on what you enter.

Depending on which version you use, it may help you explore treatment and skincare information, plan business decisions, draft content, organise operational information, or answer questions about the aesthetics industry.

It is a productivity and information tool. It is not a person, a professional adviser, a medical device, or a decision-maker.

2. What the App is not

Not medical advice or a medical device. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not assess anyone's suitability for any treatment. Its output is not a clinical recommendation and must not be used as one. It has not been evaluated or cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration or any other regulator as a medical device.

Not professional advice. The App does not provide legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, financial, or employment advice.

Not a substitute for your judgment. If you are a licensed professional, you remain fully responsible for every clinical and business decision you make. The App does not reduce, share, or transfer that responsibility.

No relationship created. Using the App creates no practitioner–patient, attorney–client, or professional advisory relationship.

3. AI output can be wrong

Artificial intelligence generates plausible-sounding output that can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or entirely fabricated. This is a known and unsolved characteristic of the technology, not a defect specific to our App.

The App may state incorrect facts with apparent confidence. It may cite requirements that do not exist, or miss ones that do. Regulatory information in particular changes frequently and varies by jurisdiction, and the App may not reflect current rules where you are.

You must independently verify anything you intend to rely on. Do not act on App output clinically, legally, financially, or commercially without checking it against an authoritative source or a qualified professional.

The same input may produce different output at different times. Output is not guaranteed to be unique to you; other users may receive similar responses to similar prompts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions about any person
• Generate content presented to patients or clients as professional medical advice
• Enter protected health information, patient records, or any individual's medical data
• Enter another person's personal information without their consent
• Generate false, misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated marketing claims
• Generate content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Generate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Circumvent, probe, or reverse-engineer the App, its safety controls, or its underlying models
• Extract, scrape, or replicate the App's outputs to build or train a competing product or model
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the App to third parties as a service
• Share your account or credentials with anyone

Do not enter protected health information. The App is not designed for PHI, and we are not acting as a HIPAA business associate. If you are a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, do not put patient data into the App.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of this section, without refund.

5. Your inputs and outputs

Your inputs. You retain ownership of what you enter. You grant us a licence to process it in order to operate the App and to provide you with output.

You represent that you have the right to enter whatever you submit, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.

Your outputs. Subject to these terms and to your account being in good standing, you may use output generated for you for your own business purposes.

We make no claim that output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights, and we do not warrant that using it will not infringe anyone's rights. Because AI output may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and because similar output may be generated for other users, you should not assume you have exclusive rights in anything the App produces. Review output before publishing or relying on it.

6. Accounts, plans, and billing

Access may be free, invitation-only during early access, or paid on a subscription basis.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are governed by our Purchase, Payment & Refund Terms, including the automatic renewal, cancellation, and no-refund provisions in Sections 4 and the all-sales-final policy.

Early access. During any early access, beta, or preview period, the App is provided for evaluation. It may be incomplete, may change substantially, and may be withdrawn. Features available during early access may not be available later or may become paid. We may reset data at the end of a preview period on reasonable notice.

Usage limits. We may apply fair-use limits on requests, and may throttle or suspend accounts that place a disproportionate load on the service.

7. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee that the App will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. Where we discontinue a paid service, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after discontinuation.

The App depends on third-party AI model providers and infrastructure. Their outages, changes, or policy decisions may affect the App, and we are not liable for them.

8. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 to use the App. The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account.

9. Disclaimers and liability

THE APP AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make, or action you take or fail to take, based on App output, or for any clinical, regulatory, financial, reputational, or business consequence of using the App.

The limitation of liability in Section 12 of our Terms of Use applies to the App, and your use of the App is included within the cap stated there.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Studio Wellness LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the App, your inputs, your use of output, or your breach of these terms — including any claim by a patient, client, employee, or regulator relating to a decision you made using the App.

11. Dispute resolution and governing law

Sections 13 and 14 of our Terms of Use — informal resolution, binding arbitration, class action waiver, opt-out right, Florida governing law, and venue in Pinellas County, Florida — apply to these terms in full.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App develops. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
